Did you purchase your domain name under 60 days if so what was the date (Registrars will not allow you to tansfer your domain under 60 days but we can point your site to that location until transfer to other hosting)

Do you want us to set up your domain name? If so what domain name to you want? (If it is not available we will discuss options with you) most domain names are apx $20 for purchase

Did we agree to set up hosting for you (please note this is apx $103 per year with tax + $20 if we purchase a domain name but includes FREE SSL certificate and unlimited emails - you can host more than one site on this plan

What is a good password that you will remember that we can set everything up in (please make sure to use a Capital and a symbol for safety such as ! or @ e.g. NewAccount@01543

If we are setting up your domain/hosting please provide a credit card number you would like to be charged each year for renewal and set up (currently fees are apx $103 for hosting & $20 apx for a domain)

What is the full name shown on the CC or Debit card?

Please provide the address THAT THE CARD IS REGISTERED TO including zip code

Please provide the exp date

What is the CCV (the three digit security pin) - After your card is charged we will provide you an invoice direct from the hosting company - we use siteground.com

What is the Color Scheme of your website

If you have a logo please say confirm and send the logo original image to info@jtdigitalcreatives.com

Do you want us to create a logo? If so please email colors and 1-2 examples of your required design to info@jtdigitalcreatives.com - we charge $75 per design (2 free small edits) & $75 for a complete redesign
